  1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing this online data analytics course, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not access or use this course.

  1. Course Content

All course content, including but not limited to lectures, videos, and materials, is the property of the course provider and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or used for any purpose other than your personal use in the course. You may not share your course login details with anyone else.

  1. Course Duration and Access

If you pay the full course price without using a coupon code, you will have lifetime access to the course material (excluding database access). Lifetime access is for the life of the program or course.

If you use a coupon code, the course will only be available for one month from the day the course starts. However, you will have the option to pay the remainder of the course price to upgrade to lifetime access within that one-month period.

  1. Course Date Change Request

If you need to change the course date, you must notify the course provider at least three days prior to the start of the course. The course provider will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

  1. Fees and Payment

The course fee is specified on the course website and is payable in full prior to access being granted to the course materials. The course fee covers access to the course for one month unless you choose to pay the full fee for lifetime access. Credit card authorization is required for payment processing.

  1. Equipment and Software Responsibility

You are responsible for acquiring and maintaining access to the necessary equipment and software required to access and use the course content. This includes but is not limited to a computer with internet access, appropriate web browser, and any required or suggested software such as data analysis tools. We provide a community forum where individuals can collaborate and discuss the course material. We do not tolerate hate speech or any form of discrimination. We reserve the right to remove any individual from the forum who violates these rules.

  1. Force Majeure

The course provider shall not be liable for any delay or failure in the performance of its obligations under these terms and conditions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, or accidents.

If you need to change the course date, you must notify the course provider at least three days prior to the start of the course. The course provider will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the course provider is based. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of the course material and related services after any such amendments constitute your acceptance of the amended Terms.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR DATA COACHING SESSIONS

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing this data coaching session, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not access or use this course.

  1. Payment

Payment for the session is due before the start of the session. The fee for the session is for the one-hour slot scheduled on the online calendar, regardless of whether the full hour is used or not. There are no refunds once purchased.

  1. Scheduling

The client is responsible for scheduling their own one-hour data session by booking an appointment using the online calendar provided. If the client needs to reschedule, they must notify us at least 48 hours in advance. If you do not notify us for rescheduling or do not show up to your appointment, you will no longer be able to book a replacement one-hour data session.

To maximize the one-hour data coaching session, the client is to complete the online form provided 24 hours in advance.

  1. Equipment and Software Responsibility

The session will be conducted via Zoom. Please ensure that you have a stable internet connection and a device that supports Zoom.

You are responsible for acquiring and maintaining access to the necessary equipment and software required to access and use the course content. This includes but is not limited to a computer with internet access, an appropriate web browser, and any required or suggested software such as data analysis tools. The course provider is not responsible for any technical difficulties or issues that may arise due to your equipment or software.

  1. Materials

All content, including but not limited to lectures, videos, and materials, that Data Confident Educators, LLC shares during the data coaching session is the property of the provider and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or used for any purpose other than your personal use in the course. You may not share your course login details with anyone else.

  1. Confidentiality

All information shared during the session will be kept strictly confidential. I will not disclose any information shared during the session to any third party without your explicit consent.

  1. Limitations of Liability

Data Confident Educators, LLC will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the session. The client assumes all risks associated with your participation in the session.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the course provider is based. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
